Supreme Court rejected Urgent Hearing on Please Against Delhi Police Action on CJP Protestors; CJI Surya Kant Says

The Supreme Court declined to urgently list a petition challenging the Delhi Police’s actions during the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) Parliament march. Chief Justice of India Surya Kant bluntly told the mentioning lawyer, “Don’t waste our time, and don’t waste your time,” and refused to watch videos of the incident, stating, “We don’t have time.” The court showed little interest in entertaining the matter on an urgent basis.
